Hello, my name is Brian Moriarty, and I am a senior at TPHS. I have been writing for the newspaper club since my freshman year, and have loved it ever since. Some hobbies of mine include reading (mostly world news stuff, though I read novels as well) and watching YouTube. My favorite novels have to be the Harry Potter series as well as the Percy Jackson series. I am a sucker for those sorts of children’s fantasy books. I enjoy writing for the newspaper as I like to see how my ideas in my head come to being on paper. There is something so satisfying to cranking out a 1000+ word essay and marveling at the time and effort you put into it. As the Titan Times is a big fan of tea, my favorite tea is Barry’s Gold Blend Black Tea. It has a strong flavor and can easily become bitter if steeped too long.
